The Confederacy, A Case for Conspiracy?

The United States Constitution and Bill of Rights guarantees every citizen of this country the right of “Due Process” and most importantly, “the Right of Trial”. The “Right of Trial” was the very reason this country came into existence. This was the founding principal that led to the American Revolution and creation of these documents, to protect individuals against “Defamation, Libel Or ruinous Slander”. To protect the individuals rights to legal representation to guard against false accusations and wrongful convictions. To protect those individuals from loss of life, liberty or property without representation.

Every Attorney on the Warren Commission, and every Committee that came after knew all of this. They also knew that the Warren Commission was not a lawful substitute for these rights under the US. Constitution…but they didn’t care.

Federal law mandates that no law enacted or attempted to be enacted that is in violation of the Constitution or Bill of Rights is valid…period.
